Basil and Parsley Pesto
- 1 cup tightly packed fresh basil leaves
- ½-3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
- ½ cup olive oil
- ⅓ cup pine puts
- ⅓ cup fresh parsley
- 3-5 cloves garlic
- ½-3/4 teaspoon salt
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until desired consistency.
